Pregnancy Yoga in Ballinrobe
Starting Thursday, 9th September 2010

Pregnancy is one of the most transforming, challenging and beautiful times in a woman's life - and with AmazingBirthing Kundalini Yoga you choose a powerful support tool for those wonderful months by strengthening your body and relaxing your mind through movement, mantras, breath, deep relaxation and meditation.
The simple and safe exercises of AmazingBirthing Kundalini Yoga are based on the ancient teachings of late Yogi Bhajan and have been practiced for hundreds of years to support the fast changing body and the mental challenges facing pregnant women - the perfect preparation for a relaxed and gentle birth experience!
Meditation techniques allow the mind to relax, to become confident, fearless and mentally strong. Feelings of deep peace and harmony from within give a mother the strength to go beyond limiting beliefs, doubt and fear, which are often programmed in by well-meaning family or friends.
Esther Moser (about Esther) is a Kundalini Yoga Instructor with many years experience and also has a medical background as a pediatric, obstetric and neonatal nurse.
For further information please contact us.
The course is suitable for women at any stage of their pregnancy. It can be a wonderful support, but does not replace adequate professional health care.
